By downloading or using Catnappers Club, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

App Usage

Catnappers Club provides nap sounds, relaxation audio, and sleep-related content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Catnappers Club offers:

• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription
• Lifetime access (one-time purchase)

Billing terms:

• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the current period ends
• Subscriptions can be managed or canceled via:
• Apple ID account settings (iOS)
• Google Play account settings (Android)

Free Trial

Eligible subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. If not canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

Intellectual Property

All content, audio, designs, trademarks, and features in Catnappers Club are owned by Catnappers Club or its licensors.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app or its content

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated.

Disclaimer

Catnappers Club is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The app is not intended to provide medical advice.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws.

Platform Terms

On iOS, usage is also governed by Apple’s Standard EULA:

On Android, purchases are governed by Google Play Terms of Service.
